I am getting following error when using Serializer Object to write SOAP Client

(Viewed In Locals window)
Application-defined or object-defined error

Does anybody has any idea what could be a problem?

I am Using NT4 SP6 / VB6 / MS SOAPtoolKit 2.0 to develop my Client.
